Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

We rely on anonymized answers to the questions in the initial application form to perform an initial filter of candidates before looking at CVs.
Stage 2

Initial Skills Assessment

A few weeks after the job's closing, we invite selected applicants to submit a paid skills assessment, usually taking a couple of hours. 
Stage 3

Interview

After reviewing initial skills assessments, we will invite some candidates to interview with 1-3 Epoch staff members.
Stage 4

Work Trial

Candidates that reach this stage will be invited to a paid work trial lasting 2 weeks, in which they will work with Epoch and test their fit for the role. If circumstances prevent a full two-week commitment, we can consider alternative arrangements.
Stage 5

Hired
